Directions to 1000 Main Street, Port Jefferson, NY, 11777:

Free parking is available behind the building. The building is within a mile of Mather Hospital and St. Charles Hospital. It’s also about a block away from the LIRR Port Jefferson station.

From Western Long Island (Queens, Nassau County):

  1. Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) East towards Riverhead.
  2. Use Exit 62 to merge onto NY-97 North (Nicolls Road) toward Stony Brook/Port Jefferson.
  3. Continue on Nicolls Road for approximately 10 miles until it ends at Port Jefferson.
  4. Turn right onto Main Street (NY-25A).
  5. Follow Main Street for about half a mile; 1000 Main Street will be on your left.

From Eastern Long Island (Riverhead, the Hamptons):

  1. Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) West toward Queens.
  2. Use Exit 68 and merge onto William Floyd Parkway (CR-46) North toward Port Jefferson.
  3. Turn left onto NY-25A West and continue for approximately 10 miles.
  4. Follow signs for Main Street (NY-25A) in Port Jefferson.
  5. 1000 Main Street will be on your right.

From Northern Long Island (Huntington, Northport):

  1. Take NY-25A East toward Port Jefferson.
  2. Continue on NY-25A, passing through towns such as Cold Spring Harbor and Stony Brook.
  3. Upon entering Port Jefferson, follow signs for Main Street.
  4. 1000 Main Street will be on your left.

From Southern Long Island (Islip, Patchogue):

  1. Take Sunrise Highway (NY-27) to Nicolls Road (NY-97) North toward Stony Brook/Port Jefferson.
  2. Continue on Nicolls Road for approximately 12 miles.
  3. At the end of Nicolls Road, turn right onto Main Street (NY-25A).
  4. Follow Main Street for about half a mile; 1000 Main Street will be on your left.
